Cannon Street

This project successfully re-positioned what had previously been an out of date 1980’s office building.

Through extensive remodelling of the buildings external envelope, which included four additional floors and a rooftop terrace, the appearance and marketability of the asset has been significantly improved upon and, a further 700m2 of NLA achieved.

The new design provides a total of 4,000m2 of Grade A office space including new windows, glazing, curtain walling, natural stone cladding, a bespoke wheelchair lift, end of trip facilities, and communal roof terrace.

The City of London commended the design for its positive contribution to the precinct and leasing rates exceded market expectations.
