Savoy Place

Savoy Place is part of an extensive property portfolio owned by Her Majesty The Queen and managed by the Duchy of Lancaster. It is located on the River Thames next to the Savoy Hotel.

The project involved refurbishment of a ground floor office tenancy in an original Art Deco building with the goal of attracting younger tenants and broadening the client’s occupier profile.

The new design, which is a significant departure from the clients traditional style of product, uses exposed services to provide greater floor to ceiling heights and a more spacious interior.

Net lettable area has been gained by refining the existing fire escape strategy.

A new main entrance and larger windows have been created to give the tenancy greater street presence and more natural light.
