Upon acquisition of the asset the client appointed Studio Niz to undertake design improvements spanning the entire building.
The project brief was for a series of light touch and cost-efficient upgrades to be carried out within a short timescale to bring the accommodation up to modern standards and onto the market for lease as soon as possible.
In addition to transforming the building, the design provides extra net lettable area (gained within the existing envelope) and new prominent signage to an area of the building our studies identified as a highly visible location.
