South Quay Plaza

The brief for this project was to undertake a series of staged improvements to an existing 15,000m2 office tower built in the mid 90’s.

The first stage which has been completed was for the refurbishment of the buildings main entrance, reception and common parts.

The second stage involves progressive upgrading of the floors as new leases are agreed, and the third, in which planning approval has been granted, is for a series of new retail units around the perimeter of the buildings podium.

The site is located in the Docklands adjacent to South Quay DLR Station.
