Commercial Projects (Design & Construction)

We can act as either Lead Designer working directly for the Main Contractors team, or, for the Client providing a design monitoring service throughout the construction stage. Our solid understanding of how these roles work, and extensive experience procuring projects using the D & C method, enables us to produce creative designs that are robust, practical and cost-effective.
